Hello,
My name is Victor, and I have been with Best Step Forward for approximately a year and a half. I joined the company because of its sports programs, as I have a strong passion for sports and have played many of the ones we offer.
I also wanted the opportunity to apply my skills while working with children on the autism spectrum and gain experience in a more meaningful, one-on-one setting. This role has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally beyond simply teaching sports.
Before joining Best Step Forward, I worked at Walmart for over 10 years. Outside of work, I am a lifelong sports fan and a dedicated Kobe Bryant fan.
