Experience: I have five years of experience supporting neurodiverse children and individuals across Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), sensory fitness, and adaptive sports programs. My background includes direct experience as a Behavior Technician, adaptive sports coach, and sensory fitness coach, as well as leadership and program management within ABA services. In my current role, I support ABA program operations, staff development and training, family communication, service coordination, and the continued growth of programs designed to meet the individual needs of the families we serve.
Bio: My passion is creating meaningful, inclusive opportunities for neurodiverse individuals to build independence, confidence, and skills that improve their everyday lives. My experience in ABA, adaptive sports, and sensory fitness has shaped my approach to supporting the whole individual not only through behavioral intervention, but also through movement, recreation, social engagement, and community participation.
My goal is to bridge behavioral science with adaptive recreation and community-based programming. I am especially passionate about developing individualized, practical approaches that support each person’s strengths while helping families and staff feel confident in supporting meaningful progress. Ultimately, I hope to continue expanding accessible, high-quality services and opportunities for neurodiverse individuals and their families.
