Group therapy is a session with a trained therapist guiding a small diverse group of individuals to address and explore emotional, psychological, or behavioral concerns. Providing specialized therapeutic support for those in help of special needs.
Description for Peer Pressure support group:
Effects of varying forms and degrees of peer pressure from safe and healthy behavior and peers influencing academic achievement to negatively impacting use of substance use, bullying, and negative body image. Learning how to effectively build social skills and handle peer pressure.
